Owen Baker - Managing Director
Owen has worked in the Australian IT Industry for over 20 years
and is well respected for his consistent track record of delivering
successful IT projects on-time and on-budget. He founded the
Australian IT Register in 2003 after recognising there was a need to
deliver high quality IT solutions to small and medium sized
businesses. Owen has previously held senior management roles
with local and international ICT organisations such as
Hewlett-Packard and DWS, and is currently also a Technical Director with
C3IT Solutions and acting CIO for Bill Lang International. |

Deborah Blakeney - Senior Project Manager
Deborah joined the Australian IT Register in 2006 and has
quickly become a valued member of our team. Her contribution
has included the management of several key projects and also
coordinating improvements to our own quality management processes,
supporting systems and staff training. Deborah's prior
experience includes managing major projects with several blue chip customers in Australia,
as well as working with a number of Melbourne's top IT consulting firms.

Jason Sharp - Senior Software Engineer
Jason was one of the Australian IT Register's first employees
and has contributed to the design and architecture of many customer
solutions. Following a successful architectural and development
career delivering products and projects that are used throughout the
world, Jason launched his own IT software company before joining the Australian IT Register.

Ian Craig - IT Manager / Project Director
Ian has a solid background as an IT Manager and Project Director
with responsibility for delivering world class processes and
managing organisational change. A track record in delivering systems
and processes that have become the platform on which to base
business critical improvements in: sales force effectiveness,
working capital reduction, forecast accuracy, labour efficiencies
and total integration of business systems.

Leanne Sjogren - HR & Recruitment Consultant
Leanne is well known in IT recruitment circles having previously
worked for recruitment agencies and undertaking in-house HR roles
for a number of large organisations. As well as looking after
the Australian IT Register recruitment needs she also consults to
our clients to help them build up their own teams and establish HR
processes. |

Steve Helbig - Senior Consultant
Steve has a extensive experience in both senior IT management
roles and technical architecture and development roles, having
previously worked for organisations such as CGU, Telstra, Email &
the RACV. He typifies the sort of people who work for the
Australian IT Register by
performing both technical hands-on and management roles as required.

Russell Lewis - Web Architect
Russell joined the Australian IT Register in 2005 to bolster our
growing "army" of experienced Web architects and developers.
He has worked in Australia and overseas with a diverse range of
clients, implementing e-commerce and real time networking solutions.
Russell's ability to quickly translate requirements into a prototype
solution allows our customers to trial a business concept prior to
fully committing to a project. |

Matt Rickard - C++/.net Developer / Tester
Matt joined the the Australian IT Register team in late 2004 to
assist with the development of real time C++ applications and help
establish our testing processes. Matt is no stranger to
testing having previously designed and developed a testing product
suite which he distributes in addition to his Australian IT Register
responsibilities. |

Jason Helbig - Business Analyst / Software Developer
Jason previously worked with the ANZ Bank and Accenture before
joining the ITRegister team in 2005. He has strong technical
skills across a variety of programming languages and tols including
.NET, Java and MS-SQL. His domain experience includes
commercial finance, banking and hospitality. |

Angelo Marcon - Web Architect
Angelo is a multi-lingual member of the IT Register team, having
spent over 20 years honing his expertise as a technical architect.
He has a strong understanding of both current and emerging
technology. Angelo’s skills were put to good use when he
worked on the Credit Suisse First Boston project, designing a Global
Credit Risk system that successfully encompassed multi-currency
requirements across many countries and diverse cultures. |

Gareth Lim - Systems Support Engineer
Gareth joined the Australian IT Register through our graduate
intake program in 2005 and undertakes systems engineering and
programming activities. His background includes experience in
wireless networks, software development and support of desktop and
server computing environments. |

Michael Reggio - Senior Networking Consultant & Systems Engineer
Michael is an experienced networking and systems engineer who's worked on
the design and support of global WAN and LAN environments. His extensive experience includes
software development with the lowest level networking protocols and
configuration of complex IT security environments.. |
